Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the mental health journeys of our clients. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead interactive group sessions designed to foster connection among clients, allowing them to share experiences and learn from one another’s insights.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized counseling sessions that deftly explore clients' emotional landscapes, aiding in the development of coping strategies and actionable plans for positive change.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to craft tailored treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs, ensuring they align with the clients' personal goals.

• Progress Monitoring: Use a variety of assessment tools and feedback methods to evaluate client progress and outcomes, adapting treatment approaches as needed based on their development.

• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and coordinating care to ensure optimal support for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We primarily serve young adults aged 18 to 30 who face mental health challenges. Your role will directly impact their lives, helping them navigate issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and other emotional difficulties. You will work within a structured Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) that emphasizes holistic treatment perspectives, combining both therapeutic and practical life skills.

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
