Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, regularly monitoring their effectiveness and adjusting as necessary.
• Utilize evidence-based psychotherapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to provide therapy and counseling.
• Document patient progress meticulously, including medication response and therapy outcomes, while maintaining accurate electronic health records.
• Engage in regular follow-up appointments to assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and make timely adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members in case conferences and supervision meetings to share insights and enhance care delivery.
• Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatment choices, and self-care strategies to foster understanding and compliance.
• Adhere to all applicable legal and ethical guidelines while maintaining patient confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
