Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work hours while maintaining a structured environment conducive to healing and support. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via secure virtual platforms to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their unique needs and goals, and continuously assess progress to adapt strategies as necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring that effective safety measures are in place while offering immediate emotional support.

• Maintain thorough and compliant client records, upholding confidentiality in line with HIPAA regulations and state laws.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, involving psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care and seamless client support.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health care, actively participating in regular training and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your cultural competence and sensitivity will be paramount in building trusting relationships that foster growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Oregon as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligibility for licensure in compliance with state regulations.

• Proven experience in delivering high-quality counseling services to individuals, families, and groups in a variety of settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish meaningful rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A commitment to cultural competence, demonstrating respect and understanding towards clients' unique identities and experiences.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on clear clinical documentation and collaborative teamwork.

Compensation and Benefits\n
