Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to identify patients' history and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Developing and implementing customized treatment plans aimed at promoting trauma recovery and building resilience.
\n
• Providing evidence-based therapies, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Leading both individual and group therapy sessions to assist patients in processing trauma and developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and holistic care for each patient.

• Applying crisis intervention techniques to manage trauma-related emergencies efficiently.

• Educating patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
