Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop appropriate therapy plans.

• Provide individual and couple’s therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Document session notes and client progress within a 24-hour timeframe to maintain compliance with clinic standards.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals in case discussions to enhance treatment efficacy and share insights.

• Maintain meticulous client records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all information is current and accessible.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Forward Focus, you will primarily work with adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will provide supportive counseling to couples navigating their personal and relational growth. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in promoting healing and resilience among clients, guiding them to achieve their mental health goals.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Independent licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) is essential for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
