Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring that each client’s unique needs are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities appropriate for your clients.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and relevant stakeholders through regular documentation, including progress reports and patient care discussions during interdisciplinary meetings.
• Provide case management services, coordinating with other healthcare professionals and community resources to enhance the comprehensive support of clients.
• Handle documentation with ethical considerations and within the required timeframes, reflecting the high standards of care expected in our practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes a diverse range of individuals, from children to seniors, presenting a variety of mental health challenges. You will play a critical role in supporting those dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other conditions, fostering resilience and recovery among your patients. Qualifications

• Applicants must possess relevant licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant setting is required.

• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote patient care best practices.
• Skills in case management and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams.
