Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, tailoring evaluations to individual needs.

• Develop and implement personalized service plans that incorporate specific interventions, measurable goals, and regular progress monitoring.

• Provide therapeutic counseling to students and their families who face challenges related to mental health, trauma, and life transitions.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies, including readiness for emergencies, risk assessments, and safety planning.

• Collaborate with educators and administrative staff to create a comprehensive support system for students, fostering an inclusive and nurturing school environment.

• Engage in community outreach efforts to raise awareness of available services and promote the importance of mental health in educational settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children and adolescents, providing services that address various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and social adjustment challenges. Your advocacy will help these young individuals navigate hurdles at home and school, equipping them with the necessary coping strategies to succeed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
