This position is based at our onsite rehabilitation facility in Paterson, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient goals and impairments related to orthopedic conditions.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities.
• Incorporate innovative approaches to therapy that address the specific limitations and functional goals of each patient.
• Motivate and guide patients through their rehabilitation journey, providing constant feedback and support to encourage progress.
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure the best results.
• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize holistic patient care.
• Document all patient interactions and progress accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with both clinic protocols and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will be working with primarily include individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal pain. Our diverse patient base also includes older adults seeking to improve mobility and functionality. Your ability to communicate effectively, show empathy, and adapt treatment plans based on varying needs will be essential in delivering individualized care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master's degree (MPT) or Doctorate degree (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience focusing on orthopedic therapy within an outpatient setting.
• No history of disciplinary actions or board sanctions on professional license.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and the ability to design effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a busy outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation clinic.
• Strong background in patient education and engagement strategies to promote adherence to therapy regimens.
• Familiarity with advanced rehabilitation technologies and therapeutic exercises specific to orthopedic healing.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 110,000 to 130,000 annually, in addition to performance-based bonuses. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
