Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical assessments and document findings to inform treatment plans.
• Design and implement tailored rehabilitation programs based on individual patient needs and conditions.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises aimed at improving strength, flexibility, and mobility.
• Employ manual therapy techniques, such as joint mobilization and soft tissue manipulation, to alleviate pain and encourage functional recovery.
• Monitor progress, assess clinical outcomes, and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals when necessary.
• Educate patients about their conditions and treatment strategies to foster motivation and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a nationally accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and their application in patient treatment.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT or similar platforms.

Compensation and Benefits
