Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC at Wellbeing Counseling Center, your daily responsibilities will encompass a variety of crucial tasks:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, using evidence-based tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate ongoing communication among team members, healthcare providers, clients' families, and other stakeholders to monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, client progress, and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating on treatment strategies.
\n
• Organize and lead training sessions for staff and team members to ensure everyone is equipped to implement program plans effectively.

• Conduct follow-up sessions, including home visits, to ensure continued support and progression in treatment.

• Act as a liaison with the broader mental health community, fostering relationships that support individual and organizational growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will include working with a broad spectrum of clients, from children and adolescents to adults, each with unique challenges and therapy goals. Your expertise in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment will be essential in tailoring your approach to meet the diverse needs of our clientele.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role is required, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Solid understanding of relevant legal, ethical, and regulatory frameworks governing mental health services.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds and establish a therapeutic alliance.

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with specialization in family therapy, substance misuse, trauma, or similar areas of expertise will be strongly preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n
