Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be integral to our outpatient treatment center, focusing on evidence-based and holistic care for young adults aged 18 to 30 in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging and supportive group therapy sessions that help clients share experiences, build connections, and foster community.

• Individual Counseling: Provide empathetic, one-on-one therapy tailored to explore clients' unique thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs and personal goals.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools to track and evaluate clients’ progress, ensuring adjustments to treatment approaches as necessary.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care, sharing insights, and consulting on complex cases to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is assisting young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your role will not only contribute to their recovery but will also be instrumental in building resilience and self-efficacy among clients as they overcome their difficulties.

Qualifications\n

• Educational Background: A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Licensure: Must possess active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Clinical Acumen: Demonstrated ability to assess mental health needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working within an outpatient treatment setting, specifically with young adult populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
