Work Environment

Located in the heart of Midlothian, Virginia, our onsite clinic offers an engaging and supportive work atmosphere. Our full-time physical therapists typically work Monday to Friday, with options for shifts starting at either 7:00 am or 8:00 am. You will experience a personalized approach to therapy, conducting one-on-one sessions with each patient to focus on their specific needs and treatment objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their goals and rehabilitation needs, ensuring a personalized approach to care.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that may include manual therapy techniques and specific exercise protocols aimed at improving mobility and function.
• Maintain a high level of patient engagement during therapy sessions, collaborating in real-time with patients to encourage adherence to their rehabilitation program.
• Employ evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes, continually evaluating treatment efficacy and making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation using WebPT EMR Software to track patient progress and facilitate communication among multi-disciplinary healthcare providers.
• Educate patients on non-invasive treatment alternatives and lifestyle modifications to reduce dependency on medications and promote long-term wellness.
• Participate in regular team meetings to converse about patient care strategies and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state licensure as a Physical Therapist, ensuring compliance with local professional regulations.
• A strong professional history with significant experience in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Diverse skill set in manual therapy techniques and the creation of customized exercise programs.
• Familiarity with digital patient documentation systems, particularly WebPT EMR Software, is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic rehabilitation setting, with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.
• Continued education or certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques, such as dry needling or sports rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
