Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based therapeutic services to a diverse clientele through various modalities including individual, couples, and family therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and those experiencing challenges such as anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship issues. Your clinical expertise will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, fostering resilience, and promoting healing through personalized care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Must hold a current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona, allowing for independent practice without supervision.

While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required, candidates with experience in telehealth services and familiarity with technology platforms for remote therapy delivery will be favored. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise. In addition to a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000, we provide:
