Mindful Walkway Counseling & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers a flexible remote work environment, allowing you to provide critical support and specialized services to families and children in need. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children, determining their needs and strengths.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).
\n
• Monitor and track progress of children, ensuring outcomes align with developmental goals.
\n
• Build positive relationships with families, offering guidance, resources, and support to navigate the early intervention process.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to create tailored strategies in natural learning environments.
\n
• Deliver coaching and support to families, fostering an understanding of their child's development and effective engagement techniques.
\n
• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations to ensure the health and safety of clients and staff.
\n
• Proactively communicate with team members and families to promote a collaborative environment focused on child development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is on infants and toddlers, particularly those exhibiting developmental delays or disabilities. You will engage with families to enhance their child’s physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during the crucial early years of development. Your work will directly impact the quality of life for these children, as you help them acquire essential skills for ongoing learning and social interaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
\n
• Demonstrated adaptability to various learning styles to meet the individual needs of children.

• Strong organization and time management skills to effectively handle multiple cases.
\n
• Excellent communication skills that facilitate teamwork and family engagement.

Preferred Experience\n
