Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify students' mental health concerns and strengths, ensuring a complete understanding of their needs before treatment begins.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the unique goals and needs of each student, continuously evaluating their progress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, school counselors, and educational staff, to create a coordinated care approach that benefits the student’s overall well-being.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies when necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning to ensure the safety of students during critical moments.

• Deliver psychoeducational workshops for parents, teachers, and community members to build awareness around mental health and equip them with the tools to support students effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, contributing to our ongoing improvement processes.

• Participate in regular case reviews and clinical supervision to enhance skills and provide feedback for team improvement.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
