Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized mindfulness-based interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients, utilizing techniques such as meditation, breathing exercises, and guided imagery.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify each client’s specific stressors, mental health goals, and the most effective mindfulness strategies for their treatment plan.

• Incorporate mindfulness into individual counseling sessions to address specific mental health concerns and support clients in achieving their personal growth and wellness objectives.

• Maintain meticulous records of client progress, mindfulness techniques utilized, and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.

The telehealth setting allows us to reach clients from various backgrounds and locations, providing them with accessible mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT within the state of Washington.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in integrating mindfulness techniques into therapeutic practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build trusting relationships with clients and facilitate a calming therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling with a focus on mindfulness-based approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
