Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their specific physical therapy needs and acuity of condition.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on restoring function and promoting independence.
• Utilize hands-on techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, tailored to each patient's rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain consistent communication with patients and their families regarding progress, home therapy recommendations, and any arising issues.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment results, and care plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including physicians and occupational therapists—to ensure coordinated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population we serve includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and those with chronic pain conditions. Additionally, we cater to clients experiencing mobility issues due to cognitive impairments, and developmental or learning disabilities. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. A Master's degree is preferred.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• At least three years of experience in physical therapy, with a preference for experience in orthopedic settings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a diverse caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
