Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, customizing your approach based on each client’s unique treatment plan.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to accurately determine clients' mental health needs and develop individualized therapeutic strategies.

• Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff, to enhance client outcomes through coordinated care.

• Engage with clients’ families, schools, and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment with and support of therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate progress toward treatment goals by employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and adapting methods as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
