Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from various injuries, diseases, or surgeries in an outpatient setting.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's therapeutic goals, utilizing exercise, hands-on therapy, and assistive devices.
• Utilize clinical judgment to track and document patient treatments, responses, and progress comprehensively.
• Conduct re-evaluations and adjust therapeutic goals as necessary, ensuring that treatment remains aligned with patient progress and needs.
• Provide training and education to patients, caregivers, and families on physical therapy procedures and the use of assistive devices.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, participating in professional societies, and reviewing pertinent literature.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will primarily focus on a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors recovering from various conditions. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) with a valid state license.
