Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical evaluations to determine clients' needs and appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy.

• Develop, implement, and update personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique challenges, goals, and progress.

• Maintain accurate and secure electronic clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
