Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to guide patients through their recovery journeys.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions designed to help patients process trauma, cultivate coping strategies, and foster resilience.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and allied health professionals to deliver integrated care tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Deliver crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, offering swift support to those in acute need.

• Facilitate educational sessions for patients and their families, focusing on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in line with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals affected by various forms of trauma, including victims of abuse, neglect, and other life-altering experiences. Your role is crucial in helping these individuals navigate their recovery, employing compassionate therapeutic techniques to support them in overcoming challenges and rebuilding their lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A deep understanding of trauma-related disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Strong ability to remain composed in high-stress situations, providing a calming influence for patients.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, particularly with trauma-focused therapies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
