Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical status, identifying areas for improvement and creating customized rehabilitation programs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and advanced therapeutic techniques to enhance patient outcomes, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring optimal recovery and function restoration.
• Participate actively in clinical teaching by mentoring interns and physical therapy students, sharing knowledge and expertise to nurture the next generation of professionals.
• Lead educational in-service sessions for staff, enhancing the team's skills and professional development.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to delineate treatment plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans meticulously, adhering to all regulatory standards and maintaining confidentiality.
• Engage in departmental meetings to discuss patient progress and improvement strategies.
• Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and assist in developing clinical protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele consists primarily of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. As a Physical Therapist on our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients at various stages of recovery, from post-operative rehabilitation to preventive care. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active Physical Therapy license issued by the State of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
