Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a stable adult population seeking mental health support through teletherapy. All clients are thoroughly screened before entering the platform, ensuring their needs align with the competencies of our counselors. The inclusive nature of our client base allows you to apply your specific therapeutic specialties effectively, providing tailored support that emphasizes cultural sensitivity and individual personal experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: You must hold a valid, unrestricted license to practice independently in your state, including but not limited to:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Licensed Psychoanalyst

• No limited or provisional licenses are accepted, and no prior disciplinary actions should be present.

• Effective communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a compassionate nature are essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Prior experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling is preferred, although we value all relevant counseling experience.
