Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather essential information regarding clients' mental health issues, strengths, and resources, ensuring a holistic view.

• Provide individualized therapy to students and their families through various modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Create, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and therapeutic needs, modifying as necessary based on progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with fellow professionals such as psychiatrists and school staff to coordinate care and benefit students' overall well-being.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary, responding effectively to urgent needs.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a therapeutic community and disseminating critical mental health knowledge.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
