This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients and colleagues via teletherapy platforms. Our team utilizes advanced digital communication tools to ensure seamless collaboration and service delivery. You will benefit from a structured work schedule, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, which allows for work-life balance and the ability to dedicate time to your clients and personal development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized counseling sessions tailored to clients’ specific mental health needs and objectives, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to assess client progress, revising treatment plans and strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of counseling sessions, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and ethical requirements.

• Develop personalized care plans and comprehensive follow-up strategies to guide clients in their journey toward wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is essential.

• Active and independent licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
