Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' unique histories and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement individualized therapeutic interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients process their trauma, build coping strategies, and foster resilience.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care aimed at comprehensive recovery.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, providing immediate support during trauma-related emergencies.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients consist primarily of trauma survivors, including individuals coping with PTSD, survivors of abuse, and those experiencing complex psychological responses to adverse experiences. Your role will be vital in fostering a safe space for these individuals to explore their experiences, challenge negative cognitions, and work toward recovery in a supportive and structured environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, particularly in trauma-focused settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
