Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic service to clients by conducting comprehensive assessments, evaluating mental health conditions, and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Document client progress meticulously in accordance with company policies, ensuring compliance with treatment plan reviews and ongoing case notes.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions and, where applicable, family or group therapy sessions to address the unique needs of diverse client populations.

• Provide timely mental health screenings and assessments to identify and prioritize treatment needs effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to execute community outreach initiatives, enhancing the availability of mental health resources.

• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to team discussions to share insights and best practices.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives and client care needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your therapeutic expertise will reach a diverse clientele including individuals, families, and couples, spanning various age groups. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, qualifying for licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Valid state licensure in one of the specified areas (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) required.

Preferred Experience\n
