Strategic Account Director - NA

Location: Remote, North America

Main Responsibilities in Strategic Account Management

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve client satisfaction and business objectives.
  • Foster strong, trusted partnerships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Represent MyOutreach's "Unreasonable Hospitality" customer service ethos, providing a white glove personalised service for our clients.
  • Drive our US expansion by identifying new business opportunities with new logos and expand relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage renewals to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored marketing solutions that drive client success.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, ensuring all client needs and expectations are exceeded.
  • Proactively handle client issues, providing effective and timely solutions.
  • Contribute insights to support the continuous improvement of our service offerings.

Essential Skills and Qualifications for Success

  • Proven track record in strategic account management or a similar role within the B2B tech industry.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify client needs and growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
