Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized clinical treatment programs tailored to the diverse needs of clients with acute or chronic mental health conditions, participating in interdisciplinary staff conferences to strategize treatment planning.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and create comprehensive treatment plans while maintaining accurate and confidential records in accordance with state and NCQA regulations.
\n
• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing evidence-based practices to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with physicians for the screening and evaluation of patients, facilitating access to psychotropic medications while leveraging community resources to enhance treatment effectiveness.
\n
• Supervise and mentor Post Masters Fellows, Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, if qualified to do so.
\n
• Engage family members in the treatment process by offering insights into treatment methodologies and strategies to foster support and understanding.
\n
• Participate in departmental program development and evaluation to continually improve mental health services offered by our organization.

• Address safety concerns by reporting to required mandated reporting agencies to protect clients and their support networks.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Social Welfare from a clinical track, Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California).

• A National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required at the time of hire.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with the DSM-V for diagnosing mental health disorders.

• Experience in conducting assessments, diagnosing, and treating a broad spectrum of psychiatric conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport with clients and colleagues.
\n
• Knowledge of social service agencies, state regulations, and best practices related to patient rights and confidentiality.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth technologies and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
