Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address their unique challenges.

• Provide individual therapy sessions through telehealth, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to promote emotional and psychological well-being.

• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.

• Document all sessions and treatment plans accurately, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and team meetings.

• Support client engagement by being accessible through teletherapy platforms, particularly for those facing accessibility challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related issues, and adjustment disorders. You will employ a holistic approach to treatment that respects clients as individuals, fostering a therapeutic alliance built on trust and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach in all client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
