Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring a tailored approach to meet each client’s needs.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and preferences.

• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver integrated and comprehensive client care.

• Documenting client progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development by staying current with the latest research, therapeutic modalities, and best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse group of clients, including adults, families, and adolescents, who present with a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be instrumental in fostering trust and rapport with clients, creating a safe space for them to explore their thoughts and emotions, and empowering them with the skills necessary to manage their mental health effectively.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
