Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments using standardized diagnostic tools and clinical interviews to identify patient needs and suitable interventions.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy based on best practices and evidence-based methods, tailoring treatment according to the unique needs of each client.

• Develop and implement personalized care plans incorporating measurable goals and clear objectives, ensuring alignment with patients’ desires and circumstances.

• Coordinate care for patients, facilitating connections with community resources and ensuring continuity of care through systematic follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, adhering to both regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Nature's Rhythm, you will work with a diverse client population experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. This includes individuals with mood disorders, anxiety, substance use issues, and other behavioral health concerns. Your expertise will help guide these clients toward recovery by addressing not only their mental health needs, but also the social determinants affecting their well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited university.

• Current licensure in the State of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and adhering to documentation standards.
