Our typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling based on client demand and session availability. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments by employing evidence-based practices in solution-focused therapy, tailoring individualized treatment plans that meet the specific needs of clients.

• Utilize various therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to suit diverse client backgrounds.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records following HIPAA and other regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance while prioritizing client privacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse array of clients experiencing various mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LPCC), or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
