Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and needs.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to the unique situations of each family.

• Monitor and document progress, ensuring that outcomes are aligned with the goals set forth in the IFSP.
\n
• Provide ongoing support, guidance, and education to families regarding effective strategies to enhance their child's development.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to foster optimal learning and growth.
\n
• Build rapport with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members to create a supportive atmosphere conducive to learning.

• Adapt intervention approaches based on individual family dynamics and children's specific learning styles.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to early intervention services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on providing support to infants and toddlers who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. The LCSW works closely with families from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary resources and strategies to nurture their child's growth. By collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the LCSW contributes to the holistic development of each child, enhancing their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during their formative years.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
