Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying their needs for effective treatment.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions to adult clients using evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused methods.

• Utilize teletherapy to provide convenient virtual sessions, extending your reach to clients regardless of geographical boundaries.

• Offer crisis intervention services, responding swiftly to clients in distress and employing de-escalation techniques when necessary.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and consultations to ensure adherence to best practices and the latest industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily provide therapeutic support to adult clients, many of whom face a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your empathy, compassion, and clinical expertise will contribute significantly to their healing journey, fostering a safe space where clients feel heard and understood.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude toward client concerns.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle caseload effectively.

• No history of disciplinary actions on any licensure board.
