Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their backgrounds, presenting issues, and aspirations, ensuring a multifaceted understanding of their mental health needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy techniques tailored to each client’s circumstances.
• Develop and implement individual, collaborative treatment plans based on client needs, ensuring they are dynamic and adaptable as progress is made.

Compensation and Benefits
