Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to deduce patients' trauma history and develop individualized treatment approaches.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans geared towards resilience building and trauma recovery, ensuring each client's unique needs are met.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), for effective treatment.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for clients to explore and process their experiences while developing coping strategies.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals throughout the treatment process to guarantee integrated and holistic patient care.

• Be prepared to provide crisis intervention for clients in trauma-related emergencies, ensuring timely and appropriate support is offered.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, building understanding and awareness regarding available resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance at all levels.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, showcasing your readiness to work with trauma clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
