Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify students' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to provide individual, family, and group therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of students.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set clear goals and interventions for each student.

• Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated care that addresses students' academic, social, and emotional challenges.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Fox Premier Counseling, you will primarily work with children and adolescents in the school environment. You will provide support to students experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Your focus will be on building a trusting relationship with each client, empowering them to utilize coping strategies, and fostering their overall emotional and social growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
