Work Environment

As part of our outpatient facility, the Nurse Practitioner will enjoy a supportive and dynamic workplace where collaboration is key. The typical work schedule is from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics extending until 8:00 p.m. Participation in weekend community outreach events, including health fairs, may also be required, enhancing your connection to the community. The role anticipates an average workload of approximately 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings, utilizing advanced diagnostic skills to evaluate the health of individuals and families.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing preventive care and health promotion tailored to community needs.
• Collaborate effectively with local organizations and stakeholders to design and implement impactful health education programs and outreach initiatives.
• Provide culturally competent care, ensuring advocacy for patients' rights and facilitating access to necessary healthcare services.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 180,000 to 200,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
