Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments and conduct screenings to evaluate the medical needs of patients.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions, providing tailored preventive and health promotion strategies.
• Engage with community organizations to develop and implement health education initiatives that align with community needs.
• Deliver culturally competent care while advocating for patients' access to necessary healthcare resources.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
