The Nurse Practitioner will operate primarily onsite at our school facility in Yorktown Heights, New York. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and screenings for a diverse patient population, identifying unique healthcare needs and concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Nurse Practitioner will primarily work with children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a wide array of health concerns from routine check-ups to managing chronic illnesses. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited institution is required.
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (ANP), or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (APRN) license in New York State is essential.
• Possession of a DEA# and NPI# is required for this position.
• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of clinical experience in primary care or family medicine settings is preferred.
• Experience working in community health or public health settings will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits
