Work Environment

This role will be based onsite as part of our home care facility, where you will engage directly with patients in a comfortable, outpatient setting. The clinic operates from Monday to Friday, facilitating a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapeutic care to improve mobility and functional abilities for patients aged 40-65, ensuring to treat an average of three patients per hour.
• Develop comprehensive and tailored treatment plans based on patient assessments, incorporating hands-on therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Educate patients on best practices and strategies to manage their condition, promoting self-care and active participation in their recovery process.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including Medical Doctors (MDs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Doctors of Chiropractic (DCs), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), and Physician Assistants (PAs) to coordinate and optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment plans using the CureMD Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to facilitate seamless communication within the care team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on treating adult patients, particularly those in the 40-65 age range, who often face challenges related to mobility, strength, and overall physical wellness. You will engage with a diverse clientele, each with distinct health issues, requiring a tailored approach to therapy. Developing a strong rapport with patients is essential for creating a supportive environment that encourages recovery and rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required for this position.
• Applicants must hold an active or eligible New Jersey Physical Therapist license.

Preferred Experience

• While prior experience in an outpatient setting is beneficial, it is not mandatory. We encourage recent graduates passionate about patient care to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by comprehensive benefits. This includes:
