Work Environment

The outpatient office offers a collaborative and supportive atmosphere where healthcare professionals work together to create a nurturing environment for patients. The schedule is structured from Monday to Friday, with operational hours of 2 PM to 8 PM, allowing for focused, extended patient interactions. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Providing high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the entire therapeutic process for an assigned group of patients in collaboration with physicians and the care team.
• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate individual needs and formulating tailored care plans focused on achieving personal health goals.
• Delivering therapeutic interventions consistently and effectively, ensuring alignment with the physician's outlined treatment strategies.
• Performing ongoing evaluations of patients' therapeutic status and adjusting individualized care plans when necessary to maximize patient outcomes.
• Educating patients and their family members about therapeutic techniques, exercise regimens, and the use of assistive devices to support their rehabilitation journey.
• Managing your caseload efficiently, determining daily staffing needs, and coordinating service assignments to ensure optimal patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role involves working with a diverse population that encompasses both adults and children seeking rehabilitative care. You will address a variety of conditions ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic pain management, adapting therapy approaches to meet the specific needs and life stages of your patients.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a valid Physical Therapy license and have completed a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must also be obtained within 30 days of employment. While experience is preferred, new graduates are encouraged to apply as we value a fresh perspective and a strong willingness to learn.

Preferred Experience

While prior experience in a therapeutic setting is not mandatory, familiarity with patient assessment tools and rehabilitation techniques is a plus. Experience managing a caseload and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team will enhance your candidacy.
