Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing personalized treatment strategies focused on improving patients' mobility, strength, and functionality.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, ensuring they are performed accurately to promote physical recovery and alleviate pain.
• Educate patients on efficient body mechanics, effective exercise techniques, and tailored home exercise regimens that support rehabilitation.

• Monitor and document individual patient progress, carefully tracking improvements in range of motion, strength, and functional capabilities.

Qualifications

• An Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program is mandatory.
