Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health concerns, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities suited to diverse client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic objectives, track their progress, and adjust approaches as necessary to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring a user-friendly experience for clients who prefer virtual interactions or face geographical accessibility challenges.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate records of client interactions and treatment approaches.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to refine clinical skills and adapt to new evidence-based practices that emerge in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults who are facing a range of mental health challenges. This demographic often requires specialized approaches due to their unique life experiences and developmental stages. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is mandatory.

• Advanced proficiency in utilizing technology for teletherapy, including navigating various software tools (Google Suite, Electronic Health Records).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, exemplifying professionalism and clarity in client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2-3 years of experience in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a virtual format.

Compensation and Benefits\n
