Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing you to reach and support young clients from the comfort of their homes. Your schedule will typically be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the unique needs and history of each child and adolescent.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to create individualized treatment plans that holistically address their mental health needs, considering their developmental stages and family dynamics.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide effective support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions aimed at empowering parents and caregivers with strategies to foster a supportive home environment.

• Work closely with a team of child psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to children and adolescents facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and safety.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, discussing treatment options and available community resources.

• Maintain precise documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to share knowledge and enhance collaborative efforts across the practice.

• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in child and adolescent psychiatry to continuously improve therapeutic methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents facing mental health challenges. You will be providing support to individuals who may be struggling with conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and various behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid clinical license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
