Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine each client's unique mental health status and needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific goals and therapeutic needs.

• Deliver individual counseling sessions to adult clients utilizing evidence-based methodologies and solution-focused approaches.

• Leverage teletherapy technologies to conduct virtual sessions that provide clients with ease of access and flexibility.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients.
\n
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental outlook towards clients.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage client caseloads.
\n
• Must not have a history of disciplinary actions affecting the professional license.

Preferred Experience\n

Prior experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling is highly desirable, as is familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Candidates with experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds or those who have specific expertise in trauma-informed care will find themselves especially suited for this role.
