Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, goals, and treatment preferences.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that consider clients' unique circumstances and challenges.

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and other approaches.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions and group therapy sessions that promote community, support, and healing among clients.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on clients' progress, employing a collaborative approach to engage clients in their own care.

• Maintain accurate client documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and thorough record-keeping.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from different backgrounds and walks of life, which allows you to utilize your skills creatively to tailor interventions that suit each individual. Your interventions will play a critical role in enhancing their coping strategies and emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
