Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing secure telehealth platforms to ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in client-centered discussions that facilitate clients' understanding of their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, helping them recognize patterns and triggers.

• Develop individualized treatment plans through collaboration with clients, setting SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals to guide therapeutic progress.

• Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary, utilizing evidence-based techniques to address their evolving needs.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care strategies and share insights from individual cases to enhance team effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of adults facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will guide clients through their unique experiences and assist them in developing coping strategies. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in Georgia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health therapy, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with clients.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
