Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' histories, identifying appropriate treatment modalities tailored to individual needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery and resilience-building activities, adjusting them as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to provide effective treatment.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on helping clients process their trauma, develop valuable coping strategies, and foster a sense of healing.

• Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists and other health professionals to deliver integrated care that meets the diverse needs of our patient population.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and family members on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources to enhance their recovery journey.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all patient records are accurate and up to date.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development workshops, staying informed on the latest research and evolving best practices in trauma-informed care.

This role primarily supports individuals who have experienced trauma, including adults facing PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.

• Demonstrated ability to stay calm and effective in high-stress scenarios.

• Proficiency with EHR systems and relevant computer applications for efficient patient management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
